All teams will be guaranteed to play at least 4 games of 40-minutes each over the two days. Teams will be registered on a first come first serve basis. The tournament will be a round robin or divisional format, depending on the number of registered teams. Men’s division winners will receive the Dr. Saini Memorial Floating Trophy. Women's division winners will receive the Hardev Girn Memorial Floating Trophy. UMPIRES: Lunch is provided on both days. Saturday, January 22nd features a Banquet Dinner at the COUNTRY INN & SUITES for all participating teams. The cost for this dinner is included in the player fee for each registered player. Additional dinner tickets may be purchased for $10 each for non-playing guests. Free beer for all our guests! HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: RESERVATIONS: Reference "Phoenix Cactus Classic Tournament" A preferential rate of $79 and $94 per room per night (regular or suite) includes a great breakfast. FIELD LOCATION: GENERAL INFORMATION: After receiving your completed registration form and team fee, an email will be sent confirming your registration. Registration forms and appropriate team fee are due by January 3, 2011. Checks or money orders are acceptable. Payments must be made to “Phoenix Scorpions”.
